Durable lock is good. But if it looks ugly, we also feel embarrassed to put it up on our door. That’s why a pleasing design also plays a factor in choosing a digital door lock.
How about getting your door lock to be designed by BMW’s designer? That’s what a German company called Kaadas did. Kaadas started off in Germany as a mechanical lock company, manufacturing quality lockset for Germans’ housings and properties.
When they started venturing into digital door locks, they asked Georg Almendinger, the chief designer of BMW Motors, to design the lockset for them.
Not really sure of how it ends up, but you can see the lockset become more like a car rather than a lock. Some of us really liked this design, but some if us think it’s weird
How about you? Do you liked such design?
